Nongprue –
Earlier this week, the Two-Wheeled Merit-Making Group, Tootee Luk Nam Khem Phak Tawan-Totee Pattaya, organized a charitable event to support underprivileged and bedridden patients in the Nongprue Municipality area.
The event took place at Carcass and Reen Car Wash. The group, led by Mr. Praichit Panprasong, collaborated with Mahwana Thianmanee and the Krimjai family to provide essential items such as rice, dry food, diapers, and other necessities to those in need.
One of the beneficiaries was Mr. Halim, a 53-year-old disabled man and bedridden resident of Rai Wanasin. His family had reached out to the Two-Wheeled Merit-Making Group for assistance, requesting items like diapers, anti-stain pads, milk, rice, dry food, and drinking water.
Responding to the call, the group, along with Mr. Woraphon Phongphali, Assistant Secretary to the Mayor of Pattaya City, and other kind-hearted individuals from Pattaya Naklua and Ban Huai Yai, came together to support Mr. Halim and his family.
Ms. Duangjai Sengiamngam, Mr. Halim’s 58-year-old sister, and their 77-year-old mother, Ms. Somjit Chitchinda, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the group and the donors. The donations, totaling over 12,500 baht, were a significant relief for the family, who have been struggling to care for Mr. Halim.
The event was filled with smiles, tears, and a sense of community as both givers and receivers shared in the joy of helping one another.
